Production technique:
Harvesting: The grapes are hand harvested from 1 to 15 October.
Vinification: The grapes are then gently pressed at a low temperature in order to allow them to retain their exceptional fragrance. They are then fermented in French oak barrels holding 225 litres for approximately 12 days. The wine refines in the barrel for 11 months, followed by a further 6 months in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour:Gleaming, straw -coloured yellow,with golden reflection.
Bouquet: Intense, flowery and elegant with a scent of matured fruit and a light scent of vanilla
Flavour: Dry, rounded, with a slightly bitter after taste and vanilla.

Alcohol content: 14%

Serving suggestions: Excellent with fish and white meats, but also good with starters and cheeses.
