Production Technique:
Harvesting: The grapes are hand harvested when they are fully ripe.
Vinification: The grapes must macerate in their skins fro approximate 15 days, followed by maturation in 225 litre French oak barrels for 14 months, and then in the bottle for approximately one year.

Colour: Deep, dark, ruby red
Bouquet: Spicy with notes of red berry fruits.
Flavour: Full, highly structured and lasting.
