Production Technique:
Harvesting: The grapes are harvested by hand when they are slightly over-matured.
Vinification: They must macerate in their skins for approximatley 20/22 days. Following this, the wine is stored in small oak barrels of 225litres for 18 months and matured in bottles for approximately one year.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: Ruby red
Bouquet: Complex with flowery note of pansies and scents of red berry fruits.
Flavour: Full, highly structured and lasting.
Alcohol content: 14%
